I’m a French Caribbean guy from Martinique. I’ve lived in Paris, London, NYC and own an eco resort in Dominica. Right now my home is Killcare Beach, just north of Sydney, on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW, Australia.

 

I’m a creator and promotor of Caribbean culture. I cook, I make music and I DJ. I'm on a mission to teach you how to drink rum. The good stuff. The right way.

 

Pop-up events, private dining, rum tasting, catering and cooking demonstrations. Always accompanied by some jump-up Caribbean tunes.
